To make a booking, please pay ￥20000/person which is a non-refundable deposit by credit card.
When a booking is confirmed, Odawara Castle Tourist Experience office will send you an e-mail
showing the current balance of the price. The rest of the balance of the price is payable one calendar month before the course date, (the Final Payment Date). If the rest of the balance is not fully paid on or before the Final Payment Date, the booking will be cancelled, and the deposit paid will be forfeited.

How to cancel
If you let us know by e-mail to cancel your course 10 days before the Course Start Date, we will refund 70 % of the total Tourist Experience participation fee. ～example for a single participant～ pay ￥20000 when you make a booking ↓ pay ￥150000 1month before the course date ↓ when cancel 10 days before the Course Start Date ￥119000 will be returned to your credit card.
